QuickTime Player
troubleshooting for Windows 2000
If vault images are opening in QuickTime Player instead
of Imaging, follow the instructions below to correct the problem.

- Open QuickTime Player
- Select Edit, Preferences, QuickTime

- Leave the drop down menu as Browser
Plug-in
- Click on MIME Settings
|

- Click the + box to the left of Images
to expand the menu for Images
|
|
|
- Click on the box to the left of TIFF
Image file to remove the X
- Click OK to finish
