Unable to Display URL

If you are experiencing the "Unable to Display URL:" error when opening a report, upgrade to the latest Internet Explorer MapGuide Viewer plug-in. If that doesn't work, please follow the directions below:
(This error only applies to the Internet Explorer browser. No known error when using the Netscape browser.)

  • Typical "Unable to Display URL:" error.

  • From your Internet Explorer browser Tools menu, select Internet Options...

  • Click Security tab.
  • Click Trusted sites icon.
  • Click Sites button.

  • Deselect the check mark from "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" check box.

  • Add NavigateLA intranet/internet address as shown.
  • Click OK button to finish. Close your browser completely.
  • You should now be able to view a report without the error.
